workbook is designed to track your individual progress. The CD combo is great
for busy people who want to refresh the principles while driving or on travel.
Does exercise matter?
Exercise always matters for a strong healthy body,
but it is not required for losing weight with Do It! or Diet®.
Why

and maintenance days. It's a precaution for your health whether you drink alcohol
or love chocolate. The quantity is amply satisfying.
